Hey there! We always recommend using our washing bag and PH-neutral liquid wash detergent. Use the program delicate or hand wash at 30 degrees and don't spin dry (centrifuge). Air/hang dry and iron the pillowcase for a soft effect once dry. 

We recommend washing your silk essentials at 30 degrees, and no worries, this is enough to clean and kill bacteria. Due to the silver ions which are 99.7% antibacterial, your essentials will stay clean. Don't forget to use our washing bags and Ph-neutral wash detergent. Washing at a higher temperature can damage the silk and silver ion particles.

Besides we recommend washing your pillowcase after 10 days maximal for optimal hygiene.

We have a 60-night return policy on pillowcases and 30 days on our other products.
