Dore & Rose uses a Self-Service Return Portal. Buyers must provide a valid return reason and clear supporting evidence when registering a return. All returned items are inspected within 5–7 days of receipt, and customers will be notified of the outcome via email.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We'll send you instruction on how to return the item/order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
